to get rotom in Pokemon diamond, pearl and platinum you have to go to the Old Chateau between 8pm and 12pm then go into the back room, then go to the room with the TV press A at the TV then rotom will appear rotom is a level 15 electric and ghost type. do you think rotom is a legendary or not.
